The Bikers Bible ("we", "us") is the directory of biker-friendly cafes, pubs and stops in the UK, available as a mobile app and at bikersbible.app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR. ⚠ ASSUMPTION: data controller legal entity name and registered address to be inserted before launch

If you use the rider app

The app is designed to work without an account — browsing, favourites, ride planning and suggestions never require one. When you use the app:

The website uses cookies only for signing in (session cookies). No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard short-lived server logs (IP address, request path) for security and debugging.

Legal bases (UK GDPR)

Who we share data with

Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication hosting), and Postcodes.io (postcode lookups — the postcode being geocoded only, never who entered it). We don't sell data to anyone. Published listing content (including photos and business contact details you choose to list) is public by design — that's the product.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis.
