Cafe Listing Terms

These terms cover paid business listings on The Bikers Bible (bikersbible.app and the rider app). By subscribing you agree to them. Riders using the app don't pay us anything and these terms don't apply to them.

What a listing includes

One listing covers one physical venueand includes: your venue's appearance in app search and map results; a listing page with your description, contact details, website and social links; facility tags riders can filter by; opening hours including seasonal hours and temporary closures; and photos, managed from your dashboard. ⚠ ASSUMPTION: up to 10 photos per listing; multiple venues need one subscription each

Price and renewal

£25 per year, paid by card via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each year unless cancelled. We'll email a receipt on each payment. If a renewal payment fails we'll retry for a period and email you; if it can't be collected your listing is unpublished.

Vetting, and refunds if we say no

Every new listing is reviewed before going live — The Bikers Bible only lists venues that genuinely welcome riders. If we decline your listing at this initial review, ⚠ ASSUMPTION: we refund the payment in full and cancel the subscription. We may ask questions before deciding.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your dashboard's billing page (it opens Stripe's secure portal). Your listing stays live until the end of the period you've paid for, then comes down. ⚠ ASSUMPTION: no pro-rata refunds for mid-year cancellation Statutory rights aren't affected: if you're entitled to a cooling-off refund under UK consumer law, that applies. ⚠ ASSUMPTION: 14-day cooling-off honoured with a full refund if the listing hasn't yet been published

Our right to remove or suspend a listing

⚠ ASSUMPTION: policy below assumed in fullWe can unpublish or remove a listing that: misrepresents the venue or its facilities; receives credible, repeated reports of hostility to riders; contains unlawful, offensive or infringing content; or is used to advertise a different business than the one vetted. For a first issue we'll normally contact you and give you a chance to fix it. If we remove a listing for breach, the remaining subscription period is ⚠ ASSUMPTION: not refunded. If we remove it for reasons that aren't your fault (e.g. we withdraw from your area), we refund the unused portion pro-rata.

Your content

You keep ownership of your photos and text and confirm you have the right to use them. You grant us a licence to display them in the app and website and in reasonable promotion of the directory. Owner edits to live listings are reviewed before publication.

Service and liability

We aim to keep the app and dashboard available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're a directory: we don't guarantee footfall, and we're not a party to anything that happens between you and riders. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under UK law. Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact
